Guy Foxell - Co-Chairman (Trustee since 2012)

Guy Foxell is CEO of "One YMCA" which supports young people to belong, contribute and thrive across Herts, Beds and Bucks. Guy moved to Watford in 2011 and has since taken a key role within W3RT and the local voluntary sector. Guy is a Christian and his background is in Youth and Community work. His previous role was working at the UK’s largest youth centre, in South London and he is committed to maximising W3RT's impact on the community both through its own projects and those of its member organisations as a CVS.


Peter Wright - Co-Chairman (Trustee since 2015)

Peter has recently retired after a long career in environmental and public health. Peter was working as Director of Environmental health at Watford Council before moving in to NHS where he became Assistant Director of Public health at Watford & Three Rivers Primary Care Trust.  Peter is a fellow of the Royal Society of Public health and the Chartered Institute of environmental health. Peter has lived in Watford for over 45 years and he was an international basketball referee and refereed the National Cup First at Wembley.


Alec Ray - Vice Chairman (Trustee since 2011)

Alec has lived in the area for most of his life.  He has spent his career in the Oil and Gas Industry, and is currently a Project Management Consultant. He is also the Vice President of the Association of Cost Engineers, Director of Learn Aid and Relate Dacorum, Chairman of the IET/A Cost E Project Controls Network, Deputy Director of the International Cost Engineering Council, and volunteers with the Samaritans.


John Casstles - Treasurer (Trustee since 2007)

John is involved with many charities in Watford. He spent his career working in Accounting and is now retired. John is also a Trustee and Treasurer of Watford & Rickmansworth Sea cadets, Trustee and Vice Chairman of Relate Dacorum Watford& Three Rivers and Trustee of the Essex Yeomanry Association.


Steve McNicholas - Trustee (Since 2014)

Steve McNicholas is Compliance Director & Shareholder at McNicholas Construction (Holdings) Ltd and subsidiary companies.Steve is the lead director for health, safety, quality and environmental matters, and implementing the strategies on collaboration and sustainability. Steve is also a member of the Lighthouse club construction industry charity and president elect of the Rotary club of Elstree & Borehamwood.


Pamela Parmar - Trustee (Since 2014)

Pamela Parmer is Director of Amreeka Ltd, trading in the name of UD Salon.


Mohammed Usman - Trustee (Since 2015)

Mohammed Usman holds an MBA and BSc degrees and has over 20 years of business planning and marketing experience covering a broad range of sectors including engineering, technology, healthcare and finance. He has developed and implemented strategic plans for businesses in start-up phase as well as larger organisations planning for growth. Currently he manages his own consultancy practice specialising in helping organisations to improve their bottom line, management training and is also a visiting lecturer at City University London.


Ann Beatty - Trustee (Since 2017)

Ann is Chief Executive of the Steve Sinnott Foundation and has a special interest in the provision of quality holistic education and supporting the development of people and communities, especially women and girls. Ann has worked internationally as a volunteer and consultant and was proud to be an olympic torch bearer in the 2012 Olympics, having been nominated for her charity work. Volunteering for W3RT enables Ann to support communities doing fantastic work in Hertfordshire. Ann enjoys travelling and spending time with her family.


Juliette Sibson - Trustee (Since 2018)

Juliette is a self-employed personal and business coach & mentor and owner of ‘Coaching Tools For’ and ‘Be Your Best Self Ltd’. She is also the founder of the Twelve Wise Women Programme.


Emma Power - Trustee (Since 2018)

Emma is Scheme Manager at Home-Start Watford & Three Rivers.
